1. Peserta (dalam satu tim) adalah siswa yang sedang duduk dibangku SMP maupun SMA dan harus mewakili sekolah.
2. Satu tim terdiri dari minimal 5 orang dan maksimal 7 orang.
3. SPARTACUS 2024 akan menyediakan alat musik dan perlengkapan yaitu 1 keyboard, 1 drum set, 1 ampli guitar, 1 ampli bass, 2 microphones
4. Peserta dilarang untuk membawa keyboard dan drum
5. Peserta disarankan untuk membawa stik drum masing-masing
6. Peserta wajib membawa alat musik yang tidak kami sediakan (seperti bass dan guitar serta kabel jack nya)
7. Peserta diperbolehkan untuk membawa tambahan untuk instrumen berupa sound effect guitar, dll
8. Peserta dipersilahkan untuk membawa peralatan tambahan seperti kostum dan properti
9. Peserta dilarang mengotori area PANGGUNG maupun
PANDAWA HALL atau membahayakan orang lain seperti confetti
10. Dilarang merusak seluruh fasilitas yang disediakan
11. Jika terjadi kerusakan alat musik/fasilitas yang disediakan panitia maka band yang bersangkutan WAJIB BERTANGGUNG JAWAB
12. Jika anggota band yang tampil tidak sesuai dengan KTP/Kartu Pelajar ataupun band menggunakan pemain yang tidak sah maka panitia berhak untuk mendiskualifikasi peserta
13. Tidak melampaui batas waktu yang telah diberikan
14. Tidak membuat kerusuhan pada acara
15. Keputusan Panitia dan juri tidak dapat diganggu gugat
16. Jika peserta tidak datang pada waktu yang telah ditentukan maka akan dianggap walkout
17. Setiap band menampilkan dua lagu, terdiri dari satu lagu wajib yang ditentukan dan satu lagu bebas (boleh ciptaan sendiri)
18. Lagu bebas yang dipilih TIDAK BOLEH mengandung pornografi, kata-kata kasar, dan SARA.
19. Penggunaan minus one tidak diperbolehkan
20. Dilarang menggunakan backing track
21. Dilarang menggunakan sequencer
22. Dilarang menggunakan efek autotune
23. Durasi maksimum untuk tampil adalah 10 menit, sudah termasuk dua lagu yang dipilih oleh para peserta
24. Waktu yang disediakan untuk check sound adalah 10 menit (rundown detail akan diberikan saat technical meeting)
25. Peserta band diharuskan hadir paling lambat 40 menit sebelum tampil dan check sound
26. Rundown penampilan dan checksound akan ditampilkan saat technical meeting
27. Setiap tim diharuskan membawakan 2 lagu: 1 lagu wajib dan 1 lagu bebas.

Tidak mengandung pornografi, unsur SARA, dan kata-kata kasar. Boleh menggunakan lagu ciptaan sendiri
30. Tiga Band terbaik akan memenangkan juara 1, 2, dan 3 serta berhak untuk mendapat hadiah yang telah ditentukan oleh panitia SPARTACUS 2024
31. Seluruh anggota band diharuskan hadir paling lambat 40 menit sebelum penampilan dan sound check, apabila telat maka akan dianggap walk out

1.Participants (in one team) are middle school or high school level students and must represent the school.
2. One team consists of a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 7 people.
3. SPARTACUS 2024 will provide musical instruments and equipment including 1 keyboard, 1 drum set, 1 guitar amplifier, 1 bass amplifier, and 2 microphones.
4. Participants are prohibited from bringing their own keyboards and drums.
5. Participants are encouraged to bring their own drumsticks.
6. Participants must bring musical instruments that are not provided by us (such as bass and guitar along with their cables).
7. Participants are allowed to bring additional instruments such as guitar sound effects, etc.
8. Participants are welcome to bring additional items such as costumes and props.
9. Participants are prohibited from dirtying the stage area or the Pandawa Hall or endangering others with items like confetti.
10. It is forbidden to damage any of the provided facilities.
11. If there is any damage to the musical instruments or facilities provided by the committee, the responsible band must take responsibility.
12. If the performing band members do not match their ID cards/student cards or if the band uses unauthorized players, the committee reserves the right to disqualify the participant.
13. Do not exceed the allotted time.
14. Do not cause a disturbance during the event.
15. The decisions of the committee and judges are final and cannot be contested.
16. If participants do not arrive at the designated time, they will be considered to have walked out.
17. Each band will perform two songs, consisting of one mandatory song that is predetermined and one free choice song (can be an original composition).
18. The free choice song must NOT contain pornography, profanity, or elements of SARA (ethnicity, religion, race, and intergroup relations).
19. The use of minus one is not allowed.
20. The use of backing tracks is prohibited.
21. The use of sequencers is prohibited.
22. The use of autotune effects is prohibited.
23. The maximum duration for the performance is 10 minutes, including both songs chosen by the participants.
24. The time allocated for sound check is 10 minutes (a detailed rundown will be provided during the technical meeting).
25. Band participants are required to arrive at least 40 minutes before their performance and sound check.
26. The performance and sound check rundown will be presented during the technical meeting.
27. Each team is required to perform 2 songs: 1 mandatory song and 1 free choice song.

29. One Free Choice Song, with the following conditions: It must not contain pornography, elements of SARA, or profanity. It can be an original composition.
30. The top three bands will win first, second, and third place and will be entitled to prizes determined by the SPARTACUS 2024 committee.
31. All band members are required to arrive at least 40 minutes before their performance and sound check; if they are late, they will be considered to have walked out.
32. The order of performances will be announced during the technical meeting.
