  1. Participants are required to be in a team of 3-5 people, no individual participants

  2. Participants must use English

  3. The competition will be held over 2 meetings

  4. The first meeting will be the technical meeting where the teams confirm their decided proposal for the Innovation Idea

  5. The second meeting will be held as a submission and exhibition of the teams' final proposal works

  6. References are permitted as long as stated, use of AI will be an exception as it will not be permitted

  7. The proposal will be centralized according to one of the UN SDGs given upon the first technical meeting in which the teams will choose their preferred SDG.

  8. The proposal will require 2 sections, the written proposal and the design of the prototype idea (minimally a sketch).

  9. Each participant will be given 10-15 minutes to present their proposal to the judges.

  10. After all the teams present their proposal, the judge will evaluate and ask the teams questions about their respective proposals.

  11. Registering for this competition would mean that each team is willing to behave professionally and can show respect towards other participants, judges, and audiences.

  13. Minimally, a sketch of the prototype is required to fulfill the requirements of the criteria.

  14. Submission without any drawing of the prototype will result in the team losing 30% of the total score.

  1. Peserta harus berada dalam tim yang terdiri dari 3-5 orang, tidak ada peserta perorangan

  2. Peserta harus menggunakan bahasa Inggris.

  3. Kompetisi ini akan diselenggarakan dalam 2 kali pertemuan

  4. Para tim akan mengkonfirmasi mngenai proposal Ide Inovasi mereka yang telah mereka buat pada saat Technical Meeting (16 Agustus 2024)

  5. Pada tanggal 23 Agustus 2024 akan diadakan penyerahan dan pameran karya proposal akhir tim

  6. Referensi diizinkan selama dinyatakan, penggunaan AI akan menjadi pengecualian karena tidak akan diizinkan

  7. Proposal akan dipusatkan sesuai dengan salah satu SDG PBB yang diberikan pada pertemuan teknis pertama di mana tim akan memilih SDG yang mereka sukai.

  8. Proposal akan membutuhkan 2 bagian, yaitu proposal tertulis dan desain ide prototipe (minimal berupa sketsa).

  9. Setiap peserta akan diberi waktu 10-15 menit untuk mempresentasikan proposal mereka di hadapan para juri.

  10. Setelah semua tim mempresentasikan proposal mereka, juri akan mengevaluasi dan mengajukan pertanyaan kepada tim mengenai proposal masing-masing.

  11. Dengan mendaftar kompetisi ini, berarti setiap tim bersedia untuk bersikap profesional dan menunjukkan rasa hormat kepada peserta lain, juri, dan penonton.

  12. Tim akan dinilai berdasarkan kriteria yang diberikan oleh

  13. Minimal, sketsa prototipe diperlukan untuk memenuhi persyaratan kriteria.

  14. Pengajuan tanpa gambar prototipe akan mengakibatkan tim kehilangan 30% dari total skor.
